This is exactly what would take place if an exotic island and a luxury boat got squandered down Dom Pérignon, connected within Zaha Hadid penthouse along with an illegitimate child. The Austrian-based company Migaloo, that focuses on "private submersible yachts", has designed the world’s first cellular personal island. Called the Kokomo Ailand, the floating paradise functions multiple levels which sit on semi-submersible systems. A tropical forest degree features palm trees, straight landscapes and, evidently, breathtaking parrots, while the coastline deck is fitted aside with an infinity share and barbecue location.

Various other functions feature: waterfalls, an underwater living area, glass-bottomed jacuzzi, cinema, heli pad, outdoor stage (apparently for if you want to fly Rihanna set for an informal, eleventh hour performance through said helicopter), spa and beauty salons, and a shark-feeding section. A penthouse with 360-degree views, which sits 262 legs above sea level and it is obtainable via elevator, is the cherry above the dessert. The prototype design is 127 yards broad and 85 yards high, but all size, features and design are totally customizable.
