Our offices are available 9AM to 6PM ET, Mondays through Fridays and 9AM to 1PM on Saturdays. Any office is closed on Sunday.

CANCELLATION PLAN

This is certainly a "Rain or Shine Event" and tickets for planned and verified occasions tend to be
NON-REFUNDABLE AND NEVER TRANSFERABLE to some other scheduled event aboard the Majestic Princess.

Please do not believe that as it is raining, the cruise is terminated. In unlikely occasion that a cruise needs to be terminated, all verified individuals are going to be called in advance and a rain check will likely be issued to sail on a later date. Confirmed passengers that do not appear for a cruise are unable to use their coupon to the next time and/or request a refund.
