Alex. has worked for several years inside the business world in senior jobs within customer care, Event management, Operations and product sales.
She gave up the pit of debt in 2011 to become an independent RYA Yachtmaster Instructor and battle skipper and has now worked throughout European countries training and race. Whilst she nonetheless likes to show, and you will be out training and skippering for us, she's going to be dependent at the office managing work and all sorts of of our bookings.
Alex's passion is inshore boat rushing so is seen out many weekends into the Solent.
Debbie Doel
Senior Valeter
Debbie happens to be aided by the business since 2008 starting as a regular valeter and now working as a permanent person in the team. Accountable for training and supervising all new valeters, this woman is a stickler for making certain our high standards of hygiene and domestic inventory are preserved.
Matthew Fardell
Fleet Supervisor
Matt has its own years' experience cruising, rushing, maintaining and keeping yachts. He has managed fleets overseas plus in the united kingdom and has struggled to obtain Hamble aim Yacht Charters since February 2005. He helps to ensure that our yachts stay in top problem, but still sails and races in the spare time. Matt might talk with you about your cruising knowledge before very first charter with us, or may inspect and talk about your boat to you if you're considering incorporating it to our fleet.
Roland Harper
Senior Service Engineer and RYA Chief Instructor
Roland has sailed yachts and raced for several years, but still does so inside the spare-time. He joined up with Hamble aim Yacht Charters for summertime in 2009 then agreed to join us full-time early in 2010.
